This position is responsible for supporting the servicing of machine tools from initial phone call through completed service case with a goal to offer a best in class customer experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HARTWIG ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

  • Coordinate communication with customers, and Hartwig team, building lasting relationships
  • Assist in all aspects of the service process including the daily scheduling of service calls
  • Proactively identify possible issues and facilitate and elevate as needed
  • Review, enter and maintain machine tool information in systems
  • Assist in tracking and updating customers on parts orders
  • Review service invoices for accuracy and investigate as needed
  • Compile data and create reports as needed
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and present information as needed
  • Assume responsibilities for other related duties as assigned

TO JOIN THE HARTWIG TEAM, YOU SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow through.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making ability
